At the meeting, Chu Yunxing, the project leader, made a brief report on the project implementation, project research content and project achievements. The composition of the project for 4 cr13 steel bar design optimization, the smelting process, rolling process and heat treatment process and other aspects has carried on the research and development, through the key technology of smelting control, and reduce rolling ingot rolling way annealing time interval, successfully developed 4 cr13 steel bar, and implement mass production. The product has been tested by the National Iron and Steel Material Testing Center, and the performance indicators meet the contract requirements. In addition, Zhejiang Qingshan Iron and Steel Research Institute mold steel R&D Department Director Zhao Bing made a supplementary note, the development of 4Cr13 mold bar has the following advantages: 1, the product Cr content control is higher than the general national standard, strictly controlled at more than 13%, to ensure better corrosion resistance; 2. The contents of P, S and gas of the product are controlled at a low level, and the purity of the product can reach the advanced domestic level; 3. The product adopts spheroidizing annealing for heat treatment, which not only ensures qualified hardness, but also provides uniform spheroidizing annealing structure for the final heat treatment of customers.

After listening to the summary report carefully, the evaluation experts asked and questioned the technical report and other acceptance data respectively, affirmed the advanced nature of the products developed in this project, and put forward valuable guiding opinions on how to improve the project acceptance data. After the comprehensive evaluation of the expert group members, it is believed that the Qingtian County science and technology project has basically completed the binding and expected indicators stipulated in the contract, and the project has been successfully accepted.
